Aloe! is a high-fidelity prototype mobile app with the objective of empowering young Canadians to use the mental health services available through their workplace benefit plan.
By creating an empathetic, inclusive solution that helps young Canadians open-up about their mental health needs, it connects them with treatment options and services whilst empowering them to take care of their mental health.
The Design Process
First step was to perform an in-depth analysis to familiarize myself with the problem space presented by uXperience Design Jam sponsored by SunLife Financial. Our primary focus was to gather comprehensive information about our users and the challenges they are currently encountering. By doing so, we aimed to gain a better understanding of the target needs, desires, and pain points, which ultimately guided our design decisions and help create a solution that caters to their specific requirements.
